The human body is the most amazing wonderful gift, we keep healthy as long as we treat it as a gift and renew every day in the way we live and replenish all its vital needs. I can wake each morning and lift my arm in the air, to go around in circles clockwise to speak morning prayers. It lifts me to think how close we are to the most beautiful sculptures ever known on earth. To keep this body growing and aging with dignity is my undying evolvement with time-till I die.
