Shelley's Keish Pie:

To study other chef's with their methods- seems to be what I do all winter. Daughter Shelley put this together and we has three meals, one as I left their home in Rifle to drive back to mine in Waverly/Ft. Collins, CO.

Shelley's recipe is three or four eggs, scraps in fridge, some onion, garlic, chilies, etc.

set the pie dough in place in over for 4-5 mins. cover with shredded cheese, pour in mix, cover with cheese.

Cool then eat in slices appropriate to taste and person.
