Walk for your Life:


Every day we ( grandson-El.) walk as much as we can. This is a 3 miler with lots of advantages, in conversations, in silence and understanding, we are thinking and restoring brain cleansing. My posture immediately is straightened and my knees get better with each day's exercise. A lot of our happiness is what we eat. Talking brings laughter so we can justify being quiet.

I appraise my wealth by walking. I look out at the mountains, I get to study every day coming and going, every valley gives me a view past it to the next rise of mountains. I feel so rich with the mountains near by- and I certainly don't have to live in the mountains. But I have fresh clean water and air to breathe the whole time. My body reactivates itself by all actions.
